There's a picture from (I'm probably sooooo wrong) PFW earlier this year with Georgie's face full on. He has on sunglasses. There was also that creepy paparazzi thing where she was followed in the maternity clinic and she had Georgie and the nanny with her. Whoever did it eventually went back and blurred out Georgie's face but there was a moment when his face wasn't blurred. And Mirela had posted a video of her daughter dancing and Georgie is there in the background clear as day lol. So we (or at least I
) have seen his face. I'm probably comparing her to Elena too much because Elena always posts pics of her sons and daughter.

It's good that she cover's her son's face. To be honest I don't think it's just because she's famous and she wants to protect her privacy, but Russia is in fact a very dangerous country for rich people (kidnapping, etc.) and I think it might have some factor.
I have a wealthy friend who lives in Russia and she's says most rich people protect their children in a similar way if they want them to have a fairly normal life...

On another note, Mira looks like she's about to pop!
I think it's a matter of a visa, political security or private health care. If the kids are born int the US, they don't need to apply for a visa (being born in the US gives you an automatic citizenship of some sorts I think) and if something happens in Russia they can flee to the US without a problem. If they want to work or live int the US it won't be a problem.
I might be wrong but I think it's possible. Eastern european countries have problems like visa's etc and being born there makes it all easier. A lot of my friends ( I live in Poland) if they have an opportunity, they give birth in the US.
I know this is off topic, but wouldn't that just make them anchor babies? I thought the U.S. government was trying to prevent foreigners from doing this.
I absolutely think they do it for the political and economic security. I was confused at first when Natasha Goldenberg gave birth in the U.S. and I was like why do all these Russian fashion icons give birth in the U.S. And then my dad was watching tv one day and Roman Abramovich unexpectedly docked his massive yacht in New York and no one knew what he was doing there. And I knew he was dating Dasha Zhukova and she was pregnant and I was like "Oh, duh, he wants his baby to be a U.S. Citizen, they're here for her to give birth." Then everyone else pieced it together quickly when they found out his girlfriend was pregnant. I didn't put it together for Natasha and the other girls because they have less prominent fathers and husbands (at least I don't know about them), but Mira's father is in politics I believe so it makes sense that she would want the protection for her children.
