Orlando Bloom dons his favorite scarf while stepping out of his Tribeca apartment and into an awaiting car on Friday (October 25) in New York City.

The 36-year-old English actor was spotted for the first time since news of his separation with Miranda Kerr broke.

“We sometimes get applause after our first kiss because it just goes on. Sometimes I’m like, I’m not letting go,” Orlando shared on Live with Kelly and Michael earlier in the day.

In case you missed it, Orlando and Miranda were separated for a few months but have decided to formalize their separation.

Earlier in the week, Miranda was all dressed up while attending the 2013 CFDA & Vogue Fashion Fund Dinner before the separation was made public.

In the latest "In Style" magazine, Orlando talks very highly of her too.
