OK which one of us (hopefully) bought the emerald Mini Beloved?
For those of you have a Marc Jacobs Blake, how nice is the leather? Is there a certain type of leather I should look out for? I see some variation of the handles. Some are woven (and the leather looks spectacular) while others have normal handles with studs holding them to the bags.
here is my blake. the leather is basically smooth but with a bit of grain if that makes sense. I had another blake in the So Cool leather. that one had fabric lining. my black one has suede lining. the So Cool leather was glazed. I prefer the non-glazed.

Ok I abused this bag a bit because it was too bright for me

I wiped it down with rubbing alcohol, then conditioned it with Obenauf's Leather Oil. It is a tiny bit more orange than pictured but it's pretty close.

here is another, later version...I think this leather is very smooth but I don't think the handle thing is as nice as a classic blake
I saw this one. I actually like it quite a bit, but it's pricey. That's interesting that it's a later version.
It's Friday afternoon, the end of the day isn't quite in sight yet, and the virtual conference I'm attending is dragging a little, so I thought I'd pull out a few bags and ask for help identifying a green!
It's the bag in the middle, between navy and seafoam. OS hardware and black and white floral canvas lining. It's very deep and dark - these photos are in indirect natural light.
And here it is with all of my greens:
L:R seafoam, jade, emerald, and mystery green/teal. Any ideas?
PS it has been raining non-stop here, but I promise to get some action shots of the emerald MAB as soon as the weather cooperates!
