Hi everyone! I just recently purchased a black mini and I'm starting to think about what color mini I'd like to add next to my collection. My wardrobe consists mainly of neutrals (black, beige, white, olive green) with the occasional pop of color (orange/pink). I'd like to add a mini that brings a pop of color to my current wardrobe.

Any suggestions/recommendations? What color minis do you guys have?
Thanks
I am in the same situation. I have a black square and looking for another one with a pop of color. I wanted a pretty true red or something like the raspberry pink that they had one season. But, it all depends on what’s available this season. I think the current season only has beige, white, green, and maybe burgundy. I am thinking beige so it will go with light neutral outfits. I also saw a grey mini with the handle.

Hello everyone! I recently was able to get ahold of the 21A burgundy mini rectangular. This is my first mini rectangular. I loved it when I tried it on at the boutique but now I’m starting to question my decision. Should I have waited for the black one instead? Or maybe even go for another style of more neutral tone like a black Chanel 19 or gray boy bag? For reference, I have a few black Chanels already (caviar m/l classic flap, lamb mini vanity, caviar woc, caviar boy). What do you guys think? Any help would be appreciated since my 14 days return window is getting close to the end. DD93AC54-3927-42D9-AAAB-C505A4608436.jpeg

If it matches with your wardrobe and you feel like you're going to get a lot of use out of it, I'd keep. If not, I'd return.

Black is universal and classic neutral as it goes with everything. I love the 21A burgundy and you scored a beautiful mini rectangular in a very noble color. I understand the dilemma as I had to be harsh with my own choices ( pass up on some beautiful colorful offerings ) and go with black mini square as it was a wishlist item for awhile for me.

I agree with the previous comment: if you can incorporate the color into your wardrobe and you love the color - I’d absolutely keep it. But if you have doubts about any of those 2 conditions.. then as they say: “When in doubt, leave it out.”

You are so right! Personally I think the burgundy is a middle ground between a neutral and a pop of color. So perhaps its the best of both world! Now I’m leaning towards keeping it because of the color and a black one will always be around later on.

I agree with this sentiment, thank you for your input! This is actually my first red tone bag so I can’t say if I will always grab for it down the line but so far, most outfits I tried on, this color seemed to go well. In some instances, even elevates the outfits. Now i feel like I’m getting the answer from explaining myself .

BEIGE vs CARAMEL ?

I'm torn between getting the caramel mini 21P or the top handle beige 21A ?

I think I like the caramel one a bit better, but it seems less versatile to wear than the beige one.
This is a bag I won't wear in winter, given the mini size, do you think the caramel is too winterish ?

Thanks! :)

Hard to say since I haven’t see the top handle in person. I own the black one and use it in any style and I think you can do the same with the top handle. Where i live is not cold so I can’t comment but I’d say it won’t matter unless the winter is bad for the leather. I’d get the top handle since it’ll be convenient to carry but the other one is cheaper lol

Thought I'd share my Mini Day Trip that I bought preloved-absolutely like new. I wear it out a lot more (albeit just for grocery runs now, thanks COVID) compared to my mini sq as it's more functional; maybe due to the front pocket. And it's low-key cf. the ubiquitous mini sq. Thinking of selling the mini sq now as it doesn't give as much joy.
