please can someone help!
I have been trying to get in contact with Chanel uk for a rectangular mini - I have had 2 SA's contact me initially from my customer care request but then haven't got back to my reply... I know we are still in lockdown but I know they are still working but on reduced hours. last time I had a reply was the 18th Feb! any help would be amazing.
also I have contacted harrods personal shopper to try and get it through their boutique but I am also waiting for them to reply as well

I found this beautiful blue mini at the boutique. I think it was a seasonal piece from last year(20P or 20 S?). However, the SA gave me such *****y vibe, I had to give it a pass as I didn’t want to give my money to this person. Still, I really like the bag though! *sigh* Did I do the right thing?! Anyone here has this bag?

I like the mini reissue best. It hits me perfectly when worn cross body. Also the proportions are better than the rectangular mini flap imo. I find the rectangular mini a bit short and the square mini an awkward shape.

Thanks for the info! I think I got it from another boutique! But they called it light pink not Sakura. Is it the same color as what you saw in Chicago?
