They both are lovely bags so I've decided to get both! I just ordered a red mini lou first and should be getting it in few days. So exciting! A powder toy Loulou is the next on my wishlist.

If you can manage it, I think this is the way to go: getting both
You asked which I wear more. I would say the toy but only because I treat that as the more "casual" one of the two bags and I dress more casually on a day to day basis.

Saint Laurent just put up prices of their bags!

I bought my mini Lou a few days ago and now the retail price is £50 more expensive. The Toy Loulou is £40 more expensive.

The red looks so lovely on pebbled leather with GHW. I wanted a red mini bag for a while and am super pleased to get this Saint Laurent one. This is actually my first YSL bag and I can see myself getting more of this designer in the future!

My mini lou was my first foray into YSL handbags too. Pleasantly surprised at the construction and quality. Yes, I'll definitely be buy more YSL in the future. But not right now. Don't want to purchase anything I can't use right away.
