Miley Cyrus holds her hands over her breasts in this topless photo posted to her Instagram account for quite the #TBT!

The 21-year-old entertainer also posted another picture, which showed her wrapped in a towel getting a haircut.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say BS to Miley having a severe allergic reaction and say that she is in for rehab. 5-27 days inpatient? LOLOLOL! I work in health care and if that girl was having a severe allergic reaction she wouldn't be tweeting and instagraming all over the darn place! She'd be hooked up to monitors, maybe have her skin sloughing off etc. BS Miley!

She might be suffering from Steven Johnson Syndrome. She's been through a lot with the loss of her dog and the rigorous schedule of her tour.
