Lol! I didn't mean that long hair alone made her sexier. I meant she was generally looking good back then. I was just using the haircut as the timeline. I don't think the hair alone makes her not sexy. I think her whole attitude does.
For a minute there she was looking confident and mature and I thought she was really growing up to be a beautiful young woman. Then she cut off all her hair and The Tongue came out...
it's true, everyone was saying how she slimmed down and how her body was on point, and she actually seemed to have some muscle mass. then we got that bob, and she looked GREAT with it. it's really odd how a couple of months later, this is what we get...

Major plaque on tongue. Miley honey, stop sticking that tongue out and clean up your teeth if you want to show it that often. Not impressed with her antics so far. Beautiful woman but tongue sticking is not sexy and neither is showing your nips.
