So I was planning on making my first purchase and getting a backpack today but after reading their return/exchange policy I decided against it unfortunately. Turns out if you buy in store & pay with cash they don't refund in the original form of payment...why?! Because they don't keep much cash in stores. Why?! Due to loss prevention (according to MK's customer service)! LOL! I find this amusing AF cause luxury stores have farrrrrr moreeee cash to lose than a low end brand like kors; and yet they still keep stashes at hand! Why hire security to stand in front of the entrances then?! In all the stores I've shopped in I never heard of a company that doesn't refund in the original form of payment unless under certain circumstances like loss of receipt or whatever. Anywayssss just sucks cause I really wanted this rhea backpack! And it was on sale!
