I purchased a large black Selma on Amazon from a marketplace dealer. Never again. I am sure the bag is ok but it did not come with a dust bag and all the hardware was not wrapped like I expected (since it normally takes me 10 minutes to get all of it off!). I posted neutral feedback regarding that and boy, that seller went psycho! I contacted Amazon and requested a dust bag since it was purchased through prime. They said they couldn't give me one and instead gave me an additional $80 off the bag which I thought was more than fair.
That's when the seller went nuts and emailed me with hateful emails and even threatened me! I called Amazon in tears. The customer service rep was appalled at the emails and quickly eslacalted this issue. I just can't recommend it even though Amazon was great. I would only buy from Amazon after that experience.
