@amethyst25 beautiful bag! I just received the same, but mine has some imperfections - at the beginning of the zipper one side is wider than the other, if that makes sense...there are small scratched on the lock handle and on the legs, and some small imperfections on the side of the bag, where the brown material is glued to the leather...Do you guys know, is that considered a defective purse?

Thanks! Hmm, some of that sounds like defects and some of it sounds like wear & tear (possibly a return or floor model). You could try exchanging it in store for the same item? I know their return policy says they don't allow it for sale items, but the SA had told me they can exchange... I'd call your store first to confirm though.
 
@amethyst25 Thanks! I ordered mine from michaelkors.com, so I was thinking it hasn't been on the floor anywhere. The width difference on the zipper strap is tiny maybe like 1mm-2mm, but it still makes me feel like for a bag that costs that much, I should get a better quality. That is why I am thinking am I being unreasonable or is it really defective?
 
@amethyst25 I spoke to a customer service rep at MK and he told me they would exchange it, if I mail it back to the warehouse, however I am not sure, if they will consider it defective...He said they won't exchange it at the store, since it was on sale...Thank you for your help!! :smile1:

That's great! I personally would try sending it back for an exchange if you're not completely satisfied with it now. You can always add a note to explain why you want an exchange and it might be a good idea to add the customer service rep's name/ID # who said you can exchange by mail. Hope it works out! :)
