Well I just got a reply to my email and I can mail it in and they will look at it and see if they can fix it., fun ny when I called she said no. So I am going to try :graucho:

Yay ! I hope they can fix it for you. I haven't used the bag yet but I think it is nice and will be awesome to use with all the space and pockets !
