I wonder why he thought it was a good idea to put his premium line with the white dust bags. I really like the brown better because it is thick and idn just looks different from all of my Michael by Michael kors bags. For the price of his premium bags I expected more. Side note, bloomies has the retail price for the large as $1,295 but the tag says $1,395. I also noticed other sites that sell this bag have it for $1,395 as well. I think I lucked out because bloomies marked it down 30% based on their price of $1295 so I saved a little money lol.
Got my purse today and its gold hardware on top of it it was a floor model or a return and its scratched up and even inside too and its not even a collection bag, a regular dustbag and a made tag for it

Oh no !!! That's horrible. Post pictures if you don't mind. I want to see it with he gold hardware. What did you mean when you said it's not even a collection bag ?
I guess what I meant to say is that it wasn't in a collection dust bag it was in a regular white dust bag with a tag that the store had made so it looks like it was either a return because it came from the store or a display model I still have to decide if I want to keep it they did discount it down to 429 they took an additional 20% off the price instead of me paying 536.55. Well after really looking at over it's definitely is going back I see a big black mark on the leather it was definitely returned and it has a glue smell to it

That's more than 50% off! Would have been awesome if it weren't for the defects. But SHW would look better on it.
Yea it would have been a great deal, I almost took it but the smell over powered and that black mark on it just ruins it. I also wondered if Michael Kors could fix the bag too, but then I thought probally not.
Well if you tell them you received it that way, then its not under warranty , I just called them to get an idea, I did email them with pictures but I am sure it has the same outcome too. so booo seems like thats not an option. Even though she said if I sent it in and they cant fix it they would replace it. So why would you tell me that.
The glue smell is so strong!!!
One side looks like it came a little unglued on the inside. I wonder if I take it into my store I always shop at if they could tell me what to do. If not its already to be shipped back

Looks overall like a great bag, a real shame about the condition, i can only get MK through the Boutiques so my last bag came from the back and packaged like fort Knox's i honestly thought i'd never it get unwrapped lol so completely unfamiliar with how other shops send them but am surprised they wouldn't at the least see the mark.
You know to be honest, I doubt that the majority of the workers who pack the items up even care. They probably just shove it into a box and send it on its way.
