Years ago in college, I had a physical Anthropology teacher who said that there is no such thing as race because there is more variation within a 'race' than between races. I thought about it a lot and discussed it with her at length but at the end of the day, she was right. Race was created so people could stereotype people.
I'm sorry, but I have to disagree with this. It's human nature to want to label things - boy/girl, old/young, white/black...and that's not necessarily a bad thing.
All this talk about race and MJ's kids. At the end of the day, who really cares if there is more variations within the african american race that might lead to some blacks looking more white than white people (as one person mentioned in an earlier post)? None of that means anything in relation to MJ and his kids. Only genetic testing will reveal the truth. This is a section on celebrities, but some of these posts seems to be getting much deeper and perhaps would be more appropriate in another section? Just my opinion
