‘Prometheus’ Footage to Be Shown at CineEurope This Week

The anticipated first look footage of “Prometheus” will be revealed at this week’s CineEurope in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
“Ridley Scott will be screening footage of his film ‘Prometheus’ at CineEurope! Cameron with Titanic 3D material!” tweeted David Pinedo of Holland Film Nieuws.

CineEurope will be from June 27th to June 30th at the RAI convention center in Amsterdam and only opened to industry professionals. Twentieth Century Fox’s program is on schedule for tomorrow June 28.

No worries here though. Twentieth Century Fox will still have a presentation in Hall H at the upcoming San Diego Comic-Con International from July 21st to July 24th.

“Prometheus” stars Michael Fassbender, Idris Elba, Charlize Theron, Noomi Rapace and Guy Pearce. The Ridley Scott-directed film will be in theaters on June 8 next year.

Just watched Jane Eyre. Many many thanks, BB!!
I still want to see it in the cinema, but it was great to see it on the pc.

Mia W was brilliant as always. Michael was great as well, although nobody does moody Englishman better than Colin Firth in Pride and Prejudice.

That plastic ex-gf of his looks like one of those Real Housewives of Orange County. What a drag queen. Maybe she was a kindred spirit and lots of fun. Maybe he was desperate, saw the light, dumped her and then nearly got his career ruined.

Wasn't ROC a good friend of Quentin Tarantino's girlfriend and didn't they meet on the (notoriously debauched) set of IB? ...or something along those lines... a lot of it was probably situational.


Glad to hear you saw Jane Eyre. It's a pity you couldn't see it on the big screen, the cinematography was the highlight of the movie. What did you think of the movie overall?

Jane Eyre was nice. Reminded me of Keira Knightly's Pride & Prejudice, except this seemed more darker. What did you guys think of the chemistry between Michael and Mia?

I did like Jane Eyre, I didn't think the chemistry was as lacking as some people made out but I can point to three scenes (predominantly dialogue heavy scenes) that just fell flat. But I don't think the actors where at fault, I'm going to blame the director for that.



I can't recall many articles where he mentions his girlfriends, here are 2 I can recall off the top of my head...

I think the BBC Jane Eyre with Toby Stephens was a better adaptation , but I really loved Michaels & Mias acting.

Judy Dench was good too , as always.
