Quentin Tarantino's producer Lawrence Bender marks his ex, puts actor Michael Fassbender on spot:

Director Quentin Tarantino may have to do some peace-making now that his producer, Lawrence Bender, has been feuding with one of the stars of their movie, "Inglourious Basterds."
Back when Tarantino was shooting the World War II epic in Germany, Bender invited ex-girlfriend Leasi Andrews to come visit with their 2-year-old daughter. "Leasi and Lawrence were broken up at the time," says a friend.
But Bender is said to have disapproved when gorgeous Leasi, who has dated Leo DiCaprio and Terrence Howard, started seeing one of Tarantino's stars, Michael Fassbender.

"I don't know whether Lawrence is carrying a torch for Leasi or what," says the friend, "but when he got back to Hollywood, he started dissing Michael to people around town."
We won't repeat what Bender supposedly said, but a source says Fassbender and his agent, Michael Cooper, discussed suing Bender for slander. Cooper acknowledges some "initial awkwardness" between the men, but he insists there was no talk of legal action. "There's nothing but respect between Michael and Lawrence," Cooper tells us.
Bender and Fassbender both plan to promote "Inglourious Basterds" at the Cannes Film Festival. Let's see if Andrews comes with.

"The movie was all about World War II but there was a separate behind the scenes war going on during filming," reveals an insider. "It was embarrassing for Quentin, as he didn't want to alienate either man." The early skirmishes began after lovely Leasi, who used to go out with Leo DiCaprio, agreed to bring the two-year old daughter she shares with Bender on to the set.

Bender is said to have flipped out when Leasi began dating 32-year-old Fassbender, from Killarney, Co Kerry.

"I don't know whether Lawrence is carrying a torch for Leasi or what," a friend tells The New York Daily News.

"But when he got back to Hollywood, he started dissing [bad-mouthing] Michael to people around town." A furious Fassbender retaliated - and fellow crew and cast members thought they could be heading for World War III.

However, Fassbender's agent Michael Cooper insists the pair have settled their differences, though he admits there was some "initial awkwardness" between them.

"There's nothing but respect between Michael and Lawrence (now)," insists Cooper.

Well, if he only ...... her and made sure he was safe , that doesn't make him retarded , but if he'd date her again that would prove he is stupid.

I guess it's not her brain what makes her attractive , but I assume she can handle " his other talent" ( not acting ) every way , not like most women...

Isn't there a picture of Bender and Fassbender at the SAG awards where IB won some awards? Aren't they embracing each other? Perhaps all was forgiven after lawyers got involved.

Was there any doubt that she would? Chick seems obsessed with Michael. I can see why he will probably never live in the same town as this broad again. No wonder he's all, "new york's so awesome; l.a.'s a piece of sh*t" (i'm paraphrasing, here :laugh:).

That was in Jan. 2010... 2 months before D-DAY! No action taken by ROC yet at that point. How naive to think that H-Wood can't be a woodchopper that spits you out and leaves only a foot (Fargo anyone?) . Btw... I don't think he's in bad contact with Kravitz at all. Their relationship might not have worked out because of distance, but i'll bet anything they're on good terms and that if he calls her and asks if she wants to link, she comes a-runnin.
