MEZZO - SPEEDY - or PIANO?

How about the Seleya in Damier canvas. There are three different sizes and you don't have to worry about the vachetta bottom. All three sizes are on Elux right now. I would also suggest going to the boutique and trying them on so that you know which one is right for your frame.

I had posted pics of me holding the Mezzo and the Piano. Mezzo is huge! I'm a bit over 5'5''. I like both Piano and Speedy 30 for everyday wear. I returned my Speedy b/c the day I wore it out for the first time, saw over 20 peopel wear it. So switched it for the Piano. I do still plan to get the Speedy later on though. If you need the option of being able to wear via shoulder, get the Piano. Also, if you're worried that Piano might be a bit small and Mezzo too big, Batignolles is a good option as well. I'll include all three pictures. I really like the Saleya and tried it on over the weekend. The smallest one is handheld. The second largest is a bit smaller than Cabas Mezzo and biggest is similiar to Mezzo. However, one thing that bothers me about it is the fact that the bottom of the bag is narrower than the top, whereas the Cabas family is the opposite. It's personal preference though.

I feel like Piano can be a bit small at times, Batig is perfect and Mezzo too big to wear on daily basis unless I'm using it as a diaper bag or have loads of things to carry. Hope this helps!

I just bought the mezzo last weekend. I had decided on the piano before I went to the boutique and once I tried it on realized that it was a lot smaller than I had expected. I was still going to get it but realized I wouldn't use it as much as I wanted to because the size was not useful for me - too small for my day-to-day stuff and work, too big for a going out bag. At first I thought the mezzo would be too big (I am also 5'5) but the SA and my friend with me said it didn't look too big. I've had it for about a week and am very happy with it.

I tried the batignolles horizontal - which I really liked but they didn't have one in stock for sale - only the vertical. I didn't want to wait for the horizontal so I ended up with the mezzo. My next purchase will probably be the horizontal or a speedy...

i love the piano....and the speedy. maybe you should get both. both very functional. i just got the speedy and haven't used it yet because am waiting for it to patina. i'm hoping to get a piano also.

Thanks for all the advice , especially lvobsessed and bella for posting photos - it makes a huge difference to see them on a person! I'm going home (where there is a LV boutique) next weekend, so i'm going to try some one then.
As of now i'm leaning towards the piano - but it all could change once I try them all one (I just hope they have the one's i'm interested in stock!)

I'm having the same dilemma--I love the Speedy and the Cabas Piano, but when I saw the CP in person, it was a lot smaller than I expected. I guess I'll have to go back and try it again and bring a friend to ask her opinion on whether it looks too small on me.

Remember.....there are 2 different LV straps for the Speedy and I use them all the time so you can wear it on your shoulder. I am currently using the monogram strap on my perforated so I can be hands free.

I have the Mezzo and can email you more about it -price issues and such.

The Mezzo would be the first pick as far as large enough, easy to carry, and use every day dress up or down. I have the Speedy and while I love it I don't like the fact that I can't have options other than using the handles. (you actually can buy a strap but it looks silly - I tried that route). You can't go wrong with the Mezzo. Good Luck:love:
