I had a dog like that. She ate one of my alligator-embossed shoes (first time I wore them!) that I bought on Xmas sale when I was a fellow. I kept the undamaged one for years, in hopes that I would twist the appropriate ankle and be able to wear the single shoe at least once more!

We had a destro puppy. It was difficult to deal with but we loved her so much! In the end, we left things available to her to destroy...except the occasional piece of irreplaceable furniture!

I thought this was adorable. I left the kitchen for one second, fully aware that the bag was exposed. Bam. Two seconds later Tuxedo Man found a new seat!

Hello Pet lovers,

Things that we let our pets get away with... I can so relate to them

I adopted a pit bull mix years ago. She broke into the kitchen garbage pail regularly ( had to put kiddie locks on cabinets) would steal food off the top of stove or anywhere she could find it. Her favorite was shoes. Only the left shoe. Didn't matter what it was, muck boots , timberland, joan and david - as long as it was the left shoe. The worst shoe victim was a susan bennis warren edwards grey ostrich loafer.

Ha...ha...ha... The left one must have fit better in her mouth. I hope it's not a deal breaker when she got a hold of your h shoe. Better yet, don't leave them out for the munching.
