Good morning ladies! Well, I haven't been on the LV forum in a very long time, intentionally. Was trying to just be content with what I have. I think it's been well over a year!! Fast forward to this morning....thought I would just pop in to see if anything new caught my eye, and saw the new cat collection!!!!! I am an absolute cat freak, and am kicking myself for stopping by the forum!!!
Can someone tell me......are the items readily available if I go into a store? And how long is a collection typically available for?? Wondering how long I have to decide if I want to opt out of my self imposed LV ban.....never have purchased a Limited edition item before, so not sure how quickly they sell out. Thanks so much!!

If you want something, start calling CS now. Many of us have been working with SAs weeks/months in advance and still weren’t able to get everything we wanted. Most items online say call for availability, but depending on your country and who you get on the phone, they may be able to take your name in anticipation of restocks. Stalk the website to see if anything pops up as available.
I have a history of trying to avoid PF to avoid temptation, and then I wind up paying more than retail to get a LE design I love after the fact.

Thank you for the response, QueenLouis!! I called CS, and ordered the Zippy and the orange/brown Bandeau. Definitely wasn't planning on doing that much shopping today. Especially since I am in downsizing mode-trying to be content with what I have. But a cat freak I am, and am afraid I will regret not getting something from this collection! I'm debating if I would enjoy the Neverfull more than the Zippy wallet, but thought I could use these more as fun accent pieces for items I already have, without being over the top cat Lady!!
Any thoughts on the Neverfull anyone?? I hope my order is fulfilled- the CS rep said it will probably take a few weeks to ship, but she made it sound like I would get them. Has anyone else ordered through CS on these items? Very excited!!

Yes absolutely. Is the dogs and cats raised on the monogram? It doesn’t look like the usual screen printing like the Christmas animation range, even the monogram canvas looks different. By the way, what is the size measurements for it?
My Steamer XXL arrives tomorrow and I'm looking forward to seeing it, but I must admit I'm really jonesing for the Alma. My SA says that was a pop-up store exclusive only, but it's on the site (but I haven't seen it say Place in Cart yet)... does anyone know if it will be available more broadly soon? Fingers crossed!!
I didn’t get it yet. None in my state...had to order from NY. It should arrive tomorrow. I can take pics and let you know then.
On the Neverfull, the cats feel raised, but the dogs feel flat with the bag.
I was able to get the alma tonight at the flagship store in SCP, CA. I called CS a few days ago and was told I could pre-pay and I would receive it by beginning of December, but there may be a chance I wouldn’t get it due to the fact that it will be produced in limited quantities. I passed.
I was also told that they were completely sold out in the US by CS, but that wasn’t the case since the alma was on display at the SCP location since the 28th of October.
CS told me via chat that the speedy was sold out nationwide too, even though I was texting with an SA that same day that had one available to purchase. I just wanted to ask the CS chat to see if they’d tell me the truth. Not sure what LV is doing as far as marketing regarding production and availability, but it’s kind of annoying to have them blatantly fib about stock.
It seems they want to keep phone calls and online orders separate from stock purchased in store. If so, why not just tell us? Hermes does this and they are pretty transparent about it.
It looks like they are restructuring their business model, something more like H, and catering to “VIP” customers with special release productions. I miss the days when CS would tell me what was in stock at my nearby store or transfer me directly to a store to get rung up and have my item shipped right then and there. None of the pre-pay for item you haven’t seen that you also may or may not receive in anywhere from 2-6 weeks. [emoji2961]
