They would know many women love the Men's collections and love their Keepall xs/25 ranges as well as men loving women's Speedys. I'm really excited! It is really fun not having to worry about whether something is too "masculine" or "feminine" to shop for these days

I just realised the new featured speedy Bandouliere doesn’t have the leather straps sewn to the sides like the usual Bandouliere. Wow… that’s quite an update.View attachment 5802999

I wonder if that's really an update for the better, I would say these leather parts are there to support the bag and strap when it's heavy loaded. Hoepfully the canvas won't tear on the Pharrell Speedies when loaded heavily.

As for Men, I am kinda upset about the whole collection. Not going too deep into details but you will see on the 20th. It looks like Womens have 2 Designers from now on haha.

I asked a CA once upon a time (~2012) why do the Bandouliere version have that leather straps by the side and the answer was to ensure the weight is distributed evenly. But I don’t see why it cannot be just a small handle piece of strap like the top handles.. since the classic speedy only has top handles and the handles are the ones holding the weight.

Expect a looooot of speedys, different colors, new sizes, some bag remakes from the past and some funny new bags, that were copied from DIY bags............. He is definetly going back to classic.
But its kinda weird they are doing so much speedy's in a MENS Collection...

I *LOVE* these colors, although wish they did these in "Damier-style" prints instead of or in addition to monogram.

I actually really like these slouchy colored Speedies - I have been trying to decide on a carry-on travel bag and these may be it! I know they lack the classic structure of the original speedy, but I don’t think these will feel so boxy on my frame, and I like the Speedy shape better than the Keepall 45/50 shape. I am a she/her/hers, and I agree that these are very unisex/feminine-leaning - I am not usually drawn to the other side of the store like this.
