Thanks for all the advice on the Keepall! I finally ordered the 45 in Macassar. Can't wait for it to arrive

I'm considering getting my initials hot stamped on the luggage tag. I'm curious to hear if you guys have hot stamped your items or prefer not to.

Depending what city you are in, your city may have a special hot stamps that only your city has. NYC has apple, Statue of Liberty, taxi, etc etc. You can also hot stamp your initial under these special hot stamps as well. Some SA will hot stamp both sides although in general they don’t like to do that. Gold and silver foil stamping will stick better than other colors. Or you can do blind stamping which won’t rub off since it has no color just indentation. You can also order luggage tag as replacement parts when your tag is damaged.

Thanks for the info! I think I’ll go with the silver lettered hot stamp of my initials. Does anyone know if there is a special symbol for Los Angeles?

The most ideal is always either the hardware colour or the accent colour of the bag. On Macassar I prefer silver. On Classic Monogram the gold of the hardware and the burgundy colour of the leather edge paint are the safest.
A blind stamp — as Oliver mentioned — is also a very nice option, but I prefer to have that on Damier Infini or the Shadow Calf, since those are embossed leathers as well.

My Keepall arrived! I will try to post some pics this week. It has a couple of noticeable creases in the canvas - is that normal? I stuffed it with t-shirts and hoping it will come out.

They're stored folded, and they're meant to be able to be folded down. It's fine.
