OMG yes. I love them all but can't justify getting everything. The luggage tags set is nice but I still can't justify $750 for it. I love the Watercolor a lot more than Ink too but there aren't a lot of options. I'm actually happy that they won't sell me all this until January because I'm eyeing a RTW piece from Nicolas's FW16 collection for now. My SA was joking that everyone is pushing to purchase the Chapman Brothers collection early except for me and I'm like "Sorry I'm poor"

Can't wait to see your RTW ...I agree not many options ...I think the tags are one of the best pieces ...I can't believe that s/s is arriving so early ...I haven't even w.l for anything
Probl just a really bad quality control. With a lot of so called seasonal and special editions that LV recently launched, they just can't keep up [emoji23][emoji23]
They usually use the sample for runway shows and for the online store photos. More often than not they will tweak the designs from the sample during the 6 months before delivery for the final model that will be in production. As long as all the products in-store are the same, it's fine. It's a short oversight from the E-commerce team but it's a norm in the industry as they don't have the time or budget to produce additional samples just for the e-commerce shooting.
My mistake. Giraffe is on both sides but no leather patch. They are calling it a defect.
Great service from my SA. Got my replacement yesterday and it's outstanding.

So I m 99% sure my husband bought me the Pochette Jour GM DE with Chapman Lion. Should I exchange it for the Épi version? or a Toiletry pouch Macassar GM? or the Nice BB?
I just don't think i will still love the Chapman PJGM in a few months. Tomorrow I have the opportunity to go to an LV store to exchange. What would you do guys?

Interesting. For luxury purveyors, you'd think the picture you're seeing that you can order online would match what you got. The double strap was online as well when this bag was "available" for order then. As someone said earlier, they just can't keep up with demand!
I'd swap for the Épi. I like a Pochette more than your other options. My interest in unusual/specialty lines wanes pretty rapidly once I buy them, but I've never tired of my Épi or Infini or DG items.

Yep, exchange. Doesn't sound like you love it. I'm always tempted by a toiletry pouch but afraid for its safety when checking in luggage...
I already own a Toiletry pouch in Monogram but it's pushing ten years old so it's a little bit worn. I think it's gonna be between the Épi and the Toiletry Pouch GM in Macassar.
