How many times are they going to reinvent the Briefcase?Just "meh" imo
I bought the Newport Tote in May. It's a great bag. No issues to report!Has anyone have any experience owning the Newport tote or the Explorer tote (wear and tear, which is better for the rain etc.)? I've been looking for reviews everywhere and although I've seen one for the Explorer tote, the review was insufficient for me to make a formal decision. I only ask since I'm planning on getting my first LV bag soon (hopefully), yeah.
Besides that my other bag of choice is the Christopher messenger. But I'm a little bit reserved about it because I feel like it might make me look like a mailman (a posh mailman perhaps) because of my height.
does anyone know if this charm can be hot stamped? on the LV website most charms say you can hot stamp them but this one doesnt say it and i already have it and want it stamped if I can be lol.
Just wanted to thank you all for your advice and let you know I picked up my mick pm today and am thrilled!! It was not on my radar until you guys suggested it. Thanks again!!
It does look like a slightly thicker Poche Documents with handles added. It seems to be way too thin for my needs, but it looks great and modern in Épi. I am happy to see that Louis Vuitton keeps making Épi bags for men.
Indeed. This leather has something really really Louis Vuitton about it.
But yes, the bag was tiny, my SA said that she only recommends an iPad and a handful of documents for it.
How about the Dayton reporter mm? It's not overly large and larger than a mick pmThe mick mm might work for you since you're taller but it is more like a gm bag.Need some advice so I'm hoping you guys can help me out...
I have a PDV in DG that I use for work and completely love. I'm now looking for a messenger bag that's suitable for both work as well as outings/vacation when I'm not wearing a suit or sportcoat. Largest thing I'll need to carry will be a few letter-size files, a full-size iPad, and a small umbrella. I'm kind of stuck between the District MM and the Mick MM (or PM).
I really like that the Mick style is zippered instead of a flap. However, I'm concerned that the Mick MM may be way too large or look out-of-proportion to me. My local boutique doesn't have any of the men's bags in stock so I can't actually see one in person. I'm 5'10 with a slim-to-average build. I'm also thinking the the PM-size won't hold what I need to carry.
Thoughts? Any recommendations are most appreciated.
