My boyfriend ordered the trio pochette via the digital pre-launch and it arrived today! Here are some first looks of it:

Same thing happened to me for the trio pochette. Does that mean it’s cancelled? Called CS and they said it’s back ordered...

I just got an email that it was in stock again.

I called CS about 5 hours ago to review my orders (I actually placed two yesterday). For the trio, I was told there is a 24-48 hour hold since this just launched. I just looked at my account and it's now "Order in preparation"

My second order is for an eclipse passport holder that isn't showing up on my bank statement. The item was in stock the last two days or so, and it's now "Pending order validation".

My order disappeared on my order page yesterday so I thought it was cancelled. However, pleased to report that it reappeared and now says "in order preparation!"

This gives me hope! My order disappeared from the "My Orders" tab, but it's still showing as Pending on the Overview tab. Hopefully it'll reappear soon too!

So I ordered on day of launch in the US (June 16). So basically about 48 hours from ordering until the status change to preparation.

My Trio *Messenger arrived today - I love it! It's a little bigger than I expected; the strap is nice and long, too. Mine was also Made in France.

I'll post a photo of me wearing it later - still in my workout clothes!
