Hi Guys,

Someone please help!

Right, I called client services on Friday they said one of my pre orders were in transit, I called back today and they said that it has now been received at the store, I haven’t got an email/call/text from the store saying that I need to collect it.

Do LV send out the email or text the day they receive the item? Or will I hear from them tomorrow?

Last time I will be buying from the said store, I’m stick and tired of the non existent communication.

It could be that the CA handling your order is not present at the store when the items come in so that can cause some delay. I also had a CA for a while whilst my regular CA was on vacation who decided not to reply all of the sudden- very annoying.

This happened to me when I ordered my prism charm. LV email said item arrived in store but I didn't get a text until CA was working (5 days later) & ready to ship out. It's more annoying now when they work in cycles of 2 weeks. No one else will process it for you. I'm sure your items will be safe - sending you more patience vibes lol. GL!

Thanks for the reassurance, I am just so annoyed! I literally can’t cope with this nonsense. I pre-ordered and paid for the item near enough 7 weeks ago!

LV needs to do better, they are very quick to take our money.

I was also told that I am lucky I got the opportunity to pre-order from this collection... like that is suppose to make me feel better!

I hope I get the text/email this morning!

Great news, I called up cilent services they said just walk in and collect your item. I don’t understand why they didn’t send me the email.

The SA in the shop was like “We received your item yesterday” with a huge grin on her face, I wanted to ask why I wasn’t contacted!!b

So glad to have received the belt, just waiting on my other item now.
