Hi ladies! I was thinking of getting the regular Selene in bronze or taupe but asking Marco to add a pocket on the outside. Do you think that will ruin the look? Do you guys think the metallics are "trendy" looking? I've been looking tote since I stupidly sold my London Tote and this is the 1st one that has piqued my interest!
I don't think it would ruin the look, as long as it was in proportion to the size of the bag. So something a bit larger would nicer than a smaller pocket (I think). I don't think metallics are too trendy looking at all (not that I'm in the "fashion know"
). I think that's a bag you could make use of for many, many years to come.SO excited for you! Can't wait to see your photos!
Clu0984 I would recommend you wait to see the midi Divina if you are looking for a pocket on the outside. I gave Marco some input on the midi Divina and it might be what you are looking for. If he took my input you will see a far less structured bag especially the bottom which will be softer. Once you can compare the midi Divina to the Selene you can then decide if Selene is still the right bag with the additional outside pocket.
