How do I put this? People with crappy morals come in all shapes, sizes and financial status. Anyone can be a horrible tenant, especially if one feel entitled enough that they don’t need to part with their money. Remember Emily Ratajkowski’s bf?

A lease doesn’t do much in this crisis time, if you can’t enforce it.

People squat all the time even with a lease esp in states like CA and NY.

The cheek sucking is so weird. It's all I can see when I look at photos of her (them?). She looks foolish.

She does not suck her cheeks, imo. She had plastic surgery and years of disordered eating.
Plus, there are also been rumors of drug abuse as well....
Is he still an investment banker?
As far as the lease, the landlord could have refused to renew.
Who wants to leave next to those two during quarantine time? They smoke nonstop. The other tenants have got to be fed up, imo.

Interesting -- what kind of plastic surgery do you think? They both did it for a while but only MK seems to do it recently.

I got the impression he had maliciously ended their lease without informing her. When she did find out, she had little time left to organise removal of her belongings, presumably she wanted to find another apartment to shift them into. Obviously he already has another living situation organised and I would assume, another woman.

Although her and her sister are very wealthy, they may also struggle with mental health issues or low self esteem etc that make it harder to deal with this situation.
