Some ppl just connect, despite how their images are so different. It's a different kind of chemistry. A very special friendship chemistry. Something that doesn't come often and needs to be cherished.

The newly released Documentary is excellent, candid Martha and filled with commentary from people throughout her life.

A Martha film starring Martha sounds like "my truth," not an unbiased documentary. I do like her current incarnation, but I also think her and Snoop both have pasts they'd like to stay buried.
This was an awesome documentary. She was very honest about motherhood, her marriage, her love affair with the nerdy European and how it ended, and of course her time in jail. She could've worked on her soft skills but she lead the way that she was taught to lead by her father. Her property is GORGEOUS.
I find this so interesting. I felt her documentary, (while balanced in perspective), portrayed her as a pretty unlikeable person. There is something fresh about a “this is who I am, take it or leave it” approach but for me, I found her entire presence very, very grating.
She is not too happy with the Doc.

When a reporter phoned about her new documentary, the lifestyle star didn’t hold back: “I hate those last scenes. Hate them.”
Me too. I love her energy at 83. It's inspiring. She says it like it is because she's old enough, rich enough, and she earned it.
The comment about Ryan Reynolds "not funny" in real life is not a big deal. I don't understand why he took it so hard. Perhaps she was trying to promote her book, but Ryan as a younger person, and as someone who thinks he's really funny and easygoing should just go with the flow. Why is he acting like a drama queen? It only goes to show that he IS TOO SERIOUS! Martha's not wrong!
I also thought saying your neighbor isn't funny wasn't anything. the report I saw didn't say anything about his reaction, just painted as if she had dissed him.
That doc is good.

I love her gardens and her gardening ideas/demonstrations, but I would really love her gardeners who do a lot of the hard work.
