I had tarnishing issues with my shoulder flap too I exchanged it for a new one, but the new one is wrinkly, and I have unfortunately passed the return period. Sigh.

My bag is here! I wasn‘t sure whether to keep it because the logo was quite tarnished but I managed to clean it with astainless steel polishing product.
I ordered the bag in May and it was already on back order with delivery in July. Then they postponed to September. I kept pestering Customer Services and got it yesterday.

out of all pastel colors, this babyblue is the best color! looks so good with silver hardware as you say! such a cutie too

Ladies I finally got my light blue camera bag! It’s perfect except some slight tarnishing on the logo like some others have mentioned. Should I keep it and just clean with stainless steel cleaner like someone else had done?? Or exchange? I’m worried if I exchange I’ll get a bag with a worse defect like wrinkled leather, etc

I would exchange it if possible. My bag was a special order as the bag is no longer available. I am still not happy that I let them get away with tarnishing like this.

Hi ladies,
If any of you experience tarnishing, I also have a success story similar to @chili_amaryllis. I used a Q-Tip and Bar Keepers Friend Soft Cleaner on my hardware. It looks good as new. Also out of fear for staining/damaging the leather, I used a Q-Tip that jus barely had cleaner on it and it still worked.

Will I be too late and miss out on the bag? I have never followed Gucci seasonal pieces before, so not sure how long they stay available. I will really appreciate any insight. Thank you!

I second this lol, I purchased the pastel pink Marmont belt and now I'm eyeing up the blue and yellow too! Wondering how long I can wait before the collection disappears.
