O ya. I told them that I wanted to return an incorrectly picked/packed item, but not “return” my purchase (in hopes that they could find and send me what I actually ordered).Yikes! And still you are going to be driven crazy, trying to return it!
The first person I talked to basically told me that I had to return the incorrect bag & make sure the bag I *ordered* was in my favorites so I could, yknow, wait and see if/when they listed it again so I could… buy it again.

In happier news, another bag I ordered that was in “awaiting carrier pickup” status for ~2 weeks that I was convinced they’d lost surprise arrived [in a damaged box via overnight shipping] lol. Need to take some cute pics n post it here.
