My first vintage Chanel purchase! Absolutely ecstatic I was able to find a jumbo XL in such good condition, and at what I think was a great price (1992/1993 model year).

Congrats on your bag! I was looking at a vintage Chanel and I can’t seem to tell the size. It has 8 quilts across like yours and is a 3 series but another member told me it’s a Maxi and she mentioned I might want to look at the XL or a Jumbo because the Maxi is too big for some people. Do you mind sharing the dimensions of your bag? I’m trying to find out if the Jumbo XL = Vintage Maxi. I saw a couple side by side comparisons of the 8 quilt and a 7 quilt in two different videos but both videos referred them to different names: Jumbo vs. Maxi and Jumbo vs. Jumbo XL. TIA!

I have wanted a mini reissue in this color for a few years. Got it… and then promptly lost all self control and bought the WOC, cardholder and bandeau….

My new-to-me vintage mini in red lambskin! This bag has ticked off my ultimate Chanel holy grail and it has the added bonus of being (nearly) my birth year bag - 1989 vs. 1990!
