Holy crap Dawn! That's terrifying! They can kick you out of the program? GEEZ!

I'm in a similar boat as you. I'm a hellacious procrastinator and had two term papers and two finals (in a Masters of Taxation program) due in the same day. Not thinking I did red hot on any of it. But my teacher is a crazy curver.

I *think* a B- is "failing" for us, meaning we would have to retake it. They wouldn't kick us out though, ouch!

And on a more selfish note, can we please all WILL the live.com % to go back up again?!? Its at a depressing 8% right now and I got second chance offer on some boots but I need more cashback to justify the purchase! Arg:push:!

Hey ladies! Back from my business trip and SO excited that the chat thread was moved back to the mj forum. It feels so much more right to be back home. Plus, I feel like a lot more people come in now! Hooray!

dawn, you hang in there... if you had a 4.0 GPA going into this class, I would really hope that fairness would prevail and they won't cut you from the program. thats just insane. keep us posted!

spacy, I have both of my dogs over here doing the live.com jig in hopes that it will go up. 8% is ridiculous. it boggles my mind how they could drop it so low... they should keep it at 20% and spur some sales.

pm, that rocks about your mom getting her masters. good for her. it's never too late to learn.

Sarah, welcome home from your trip. I'm glad they moved the chat thread here into the forum as well.

thanks you guys :heart: i was REALLLLY stressed about getting a C before and now I am just praying to pass. funny how perspective changes! LOL. yep, we get kicked out of the program if we receive one failing grade or three Cs throughout the program. i understand the standards but this class was just INSANE.

pursemonkey, how EXCITING for your mom! that is sooooooooo freaking awesome!!! she is very inspiring!!!!
at our undergrad graduation (my h and i graduated together, hehe), there was a 75 year old woman getting her degree. she had the loudest, most awesome cheering section. it brought me to tears!

Goodluck Dawn and to everyone else taking finals. I have two on tuesday and wednesday and then I' done for the semester!! I can't wait. Whoever said senior year was the easiest year of college was lying :(
I'm still upset that I have to be here until Thursday and am missing the MJ sale!!!!!!!
