I just realized that with this new rule -- we won't be able to post "fun" smileys anymore (I know we still have TPF ones, but I've been seeing some really cute ones lately!):sad:

good morning!
gypsy, thanks for asking. we haven't received our grades yet but I know that i failed the final. everyone keeps saying 'i'm sure you did fine' but i reallllllllllllly know that i did not do fine. lol. i didn't answer about 75% of the questions. I am only hopeful to pass because the professor always has a serious curve. i have been worrying about my grade since thursday night and at this point, i just want to know whether or not i passed the class. if i failed the class, i get kicked out of the MBA program so i really hope the professor takes into consideration that i had a 4.0 and that one class is not indicative of my overall performance. he seems like a fair man, and i went to every class but one (b/c i was sick) and payed attention and all that good stuff. if i get a C-, i will be the happiest girl in the world!!!!!!

i hope we hear back today. i'll let you know!

Dawn, crossing my fingers for you:sweatdrop:! Some of my friends who are still in grad school are doing the same thing with their exams. . .hoping for grades that will just let them pass so that they can continue with their programs. Its hard when you're desperate for a grade that in most other circumstances would give you a major heart attack.

i'm crossing my fingers for you too.. and i can totally relate with you dawn.. i did horrible on one of my midterm and hoping to get a better grade on my final.. all my finals are next week.. i have 4 more classes to go to next semester and then i'm done with grad school
