oh, well it gives me something to look forward to! 
but i am supposed to go to my friend's niece's talent show...she's 12...emily and her little friends are singing lol. so i may have to wait til friday for the gucci. i don't think i can resist screaming my head off for emily...she's one of the sweetest, lovable little girls EVER and she will be so excited to have another fan in the audience 
(if her bday party was any indication, they will be singing a hannah montana song) lol

i know right? i've pretty much decided i just can't commit to it based on the very little information they provide. its structured as eight 2.5 hour classes on Saturdays. there are other fees in addition to the 2K, they charge for additional services, such as $200 per hour for therapy, and I'm not sure how many sessions are required. i'm sure it appeals to rich Greenwich housewives, but that's not me. lol.

yep, i ordered the first month of medifast today. i am very very excited. what is exciting are the REAL stories of real people on their message boards. they are not cherry picked from the best of the best success stories and they are all amazing.
i want to have a normal relationship with food, not a love affair. like when i was in banking, being surrounded by all of that cash (hundreds of thousands of dollars at some points), it became just paper to me. that's what i want my relationship with food to sort of be like. LOL

dawn, thats a very interesting statement, about wanting a normal relationship with food. there is so much emotion attached to food, for so many reasons. i totally get what you are trying to achieve, and i am cheering for you!
wasn't there someone on tPF in the health and fitness board who did medifast before her wedding? i remember reading her thread last summer. apparently, it worked really well for her.

there are several people on here who have done it (or are still doing it) and have had really great success

i got a free subscription to cosmo and this magazine is so terrible that even though i paid nothing to receive it, it's still not worth it.
