I bought this bag on Saturday at selfridges, Trafford centre, Manchester! They had two in stock! The bag is lovely! It's my first ever mbmj bag and I'm very excited!!!
can someone tell me why some pics of this bag online have two zips on the flap pocket at the top and mine only has one?? I'm confused!!

Dust bag was inside and the bag itself seems ok. I don't mind the new hardware but it is more a personal opinion.
I have never been charged a fee by ups. I would get charged if it was over $1000 but they have never charged me a fee when it's not.

Jaime, let us know if you're able to get refunded the difference. I was annoyed by the markup, but that didn't stop me from getting the bag. But that would be great if they refund the difference.

that sounds awful and it really does seem like shopbop did the markup not the vendor. if that was the case, then saks and all the other department stores would follow suit and as of yet, they haven't. shopbop tried to do that with the stoplight natasha (charging the sasha price, which is $100 more than the natasha) until someone (maybe it was you?) called them on it. i think they'll keep trying to do that with their bestsellers to maximize profit if they can get away with it. again, that's very disappointing. i like the idea of not paying taxes by buying from them but if they just make up for it by charging more than msrp, then that defeats the purpose of saving, imo.

oh no Jaime..cannot believe this! mine didnt arrive yet..but I'm already scared. I didnt mind the additional 50$ cause I really loved the bag..but I ordered from shopbop cause I wanted the bag to be NEW, never used, absolutely NOT a returned item! in case I find only ONE little scratch or other sign that the bag was used, I'm sending it back immediately. cannot believe shopbop is doing this

Again I can't really see how it's a return though because I bought it the same day they put it up and they shipped same day too so I doubt it's a return. What I think it might have been was they might have taken them off because of the price difference then decided they needed to include the tags or something. Who knows.

let us know if anyone can get a refund on that $50, it is unfair to us, and shopbop is actually lying to our face when they say that the vendor had a price increase- and in fact not!

It's actually only a $30 difference but it's the principal of it.

Hi everyone! This is my first post... I've been looking for PTTM Natasha religiously since the beginning of March. Thanks to all the posts, I bought one from ShopBop last Thursday and was very pleased when I got it today. The bag was fully stuffed, the hardware was all wrapped, and all tags were included. I also sent in an email about the price difference, but doubt I'll be able to get my $30 back.
