I went shopping at fashion valley in san diego tonight. Bloomingdales just sold out of the only natasha bag that they had (black, it was just returned the day before), but I did see two sashas (I know for sure one was newsprint, the other might have been cement). Barney's co-op has three sasha bags (rust, black, and cement), and I bought their only natasha (newsprint). They also have another purse from the pttm line in cement/white, but I don't know the name of it. Nordstrom has the natasha in purple, but I don't remember seeing any sashas.

I was at nordstrom at horton plaza and sunday, and I vaguely remember seeing 2 or 3 sashas or natashas,.

I'm thinking to get the Natasha, can anyone tell me if this is a practical size? Can it hold a book + wallet and small cosmetic bag?

i love this bag soooooo much but somehow the bag looks big in some pics and reasonable size in others, are there two sizes??? also what is the leather like for this bag??? I'm hopeing to pick one up soon. thanks

the big size you see is the Sasha, the smaller size is the Natasha. i'm sure you can get the exact measurements from one of the department store websites. the leather is soft, smooshy amazingness! I highly recommend picking one of these bags up, I absolutely love mine.

^^^ thanks OOps, sorry another question if you know....does the leather stains with water??? i read on the thread that owners of this bag has been spraying their bag.

thanks, woohooooo i'm now searching for natasha......i think the size is better for me cos i am only 5'4.

i sprayed my sasha bag with repellent and have been out in drizzle/light rain a few times with no staining. I'm not sure about untreated bags but I didn't want to take any chances. I ordered apple garde rain & stain repellent via ebay and it's been great. hope that helps!
