I measured the spare internal height and width when my standard iPhone 6 is on its side in the mini crossbody for you. There is 2.5cm bag internal width space left and 4.5cm height space left in the bag. Whether it will fit depends on whether the 6 plus is less than that much bigger than the 6.
In saying that saw in the crossbody thread that someone else said the mini fit their 6 plus, so it should fit.
