I think the tumbled leather looks lovely but for a bucket it doesn't hold its structure enough for me and I like MG buckets because of their structure. But in other styles I think it would be fine.

I assume that's one reason it hasn't been quite as popular.

I LOVE all the tumbled leather! I'm also surprised it's not as popular or available. That's my favorite style but the smell would put me off.
Enjoy!

I really love it too! Such a lovely feel to the leather and its a hardier bag, so I worry less when using it. Unfortunately the smell is not easy to deal with. After using it for a week, the smell has subsided somewhat but it really also depends on your tolerance. If you are sensitive to smells, I prob would not go for it.

Honestly I would love a Blu tumbled backpack but will prob try for a calf one instead because of the smell.

Yes, definitely the Veg-tanned is a more impressive bag but I really love the casual vibe of the tumbled leather and I don't have to worry about scratches at all. It's become my go-to bag on weekends!

Sounds good. I hope you can get the smell out. I'd have to leave it in the garage for a week:)

I'm used to unstructured bags like Balenciaga and my Elizabeth and James backpack, so this Camello bucket is odd for me to have it stick out rather than mold to my body. Pebbled leather is definitely less worry about water and spills.
Enjoy:))
