Below are photos of me modeling the black bucket in all three sizes-mini mini (oro), mini (flamma), and regular (Marina). I have to say I love them all and they all serve different purposes-the mini mini is very small (can hold an iPhone 6, lipgloss and a few small essentials but definitely not a ton) but the black and gold color are elegant enough to make it work for a night-out bag. The mini and regular sized can fit a lot of stuff though and are both good for everyday. Between these and my cammello/rosa regular bucket and cammello/dolly large tote I feel satisfied with my collection and have a bag for any occasion. I am trying my hardest to pretend the new styles and color ways don't exist because I know I have more than enough at the present moment![emoji23]

Please excuse the spots on my mirror, I forgot to clean it before snapping pics! I am 5'4" for reference.

Hi Msbuffy100! Here are a few pics to illustrate how I shorten the strap:
1) unbuckle strap
2) slide strap down so that the highest hole on the strap can be fastened on the the lowest round buckle. You should have two loose buckles above.
3) slide the leather loop down until it touches the top of the bucket. Pull strap to tighten if needed.
4) finished look

Wow thank you!! Been thinking of adding a few extra holes on the strap but my husband suggested not to since it may alter the design. This post has been really helpful. Problem solved! :) I'm 5'4 and I looove love the large bucket! Now with the help of your post, this size is now perfect!
