I've ordered mine from them as well, and I've heard the same thing. I might give them til the end of April... If it doesn't happen, I may search else where. I'm glad you found something else though :)

A bunch of stores in NYC apparently still have these coming in stock- Steven Alan said they got a shipment yesterday. i'll definitely message you if i see one! ;)

This was my dream color (black/marina)! I got mine about a month ago and Ive posted several pics on Instagram modeling it (and just showcasing it on its own because I'm kind of obsessed with it! Haha). I'm not at a computer so I'm not sure how to attach pics via mobile but my Instagram username is poshlula44. I love the color even more in person!

Does anyone have experience making returns via PS Dept. I bought a mini mini bucket bag and it cost 420$. It shipped through NAP. When I called NAP to inquire about making a return, they said they would only refund 395$. Does anyone know if I return the bag to Ps Dept directly, will they refund me the full 420$? TIA!

My understanding was that even though PS says they have free shipping and returns that they make an exception for MG bags and make those final sale?

you might be better off selling it on craigslist for what you paid. I'm sure it'll be gone within the hour

Thanks for the response. I double checked and the bag I bought is definitely returnable (I think it depends on where the bag ships from). I spoke to PS today and they said that if I return directly to them I can expect a full refund. Something to keep in mind for future PS users contemplating returns who pay more than the retail price advertised by the ultimate vendor.

PS Dept charges $420 but the actual bag price is only $395; PS Dept charges a premium for the personal shopping service. If you need to return an item you must return to PS and NOT NAP so that you can get all the refund back. If you return the item to NAP obviously they can only refund what they receive which is $395.
