I'm having the same issue. She said its due to net a porter getting their inventory slowly but others have ordered directly from net a porter and received their bags. I'm incredibly annoyed with them. I expected it by now and if I knew this was going to happen I would have preordered somewhere else.

Ahh, okay I see. no wonder, I keep looking out of my window hoping to see a box. I was seriously annoyed and thinking of canceling as well but I'll just hold off since its paid for :/

Thanks for the info. Yeah, I've ordered the mini black/flamma as well. She told me the larges have shipped but they're waiting on the minis. I've seen bags come and go but I've held off since I paid for this already. Ugh, I'm annoyed but I really want this bag 😁

I'm really angry with both PSDept and NAP. Since we pre paid for this bag back in January you would think they would ship it to us first. I like the concept of PSDept but I don't think I'll use them again. I'm tempted to cancel too but like you said we already paid for it and I really don't want to wait any longer than I have to. 😔

Gahhh the little tie loop on my large backpack popped off after just one week of use! :yucky: Maybe the quality IS going down...I am hoping that their customer support can help somewhat or else I am going to have to pay even more money to get it fixed locally. Anyone have any tips for bag repair?

Yes - it did come from NAP - and I was very pleased that it came in a box - unlike Barney's and Bergdorf - it makes it easier to store. My order was totaled on Jan 15 if that helps. Lee sent tracking info last week and I had it the next day.

Funny, none of my MGs have ever come with a box-I had a total of 8 in all!!:smile1:;):smile1:;);)

Is the leather piece damaged? If not, I would probably follow the holes and sew it back myself. Don't know if you're comfortable sewing though.
