It’s like that at my home store. Probably due to very high volume? Otherwise I’m thinking my own store or SA just played me.

Thanks for clarifying. It is good to know to prepare if my sa can no longer make appointments or let me know her schedule. I hope your store appreciates your loyalty bc I would feel pretty frustrated not bring able to coordinate times with my sa.

It has been very frustrating, and no, I don’t think they do. I have been consistently spending in RTW, housewares, shoes, with some fine jewelry for three years, have purchased zero leather bags - and I’m being told I should be happy if I get an offer at all even though it’s not a K and B.
 
Well “loyalty” is just a euphemism for helps our balance sheet. While I’m sure they prefer clients who seem enthusiastic about the brand, at the end of the day it’s a profit guided business with coveted items available in very limited supply for the highest spending clients. They don’t really care if you can’t get there often or can’t spend bucket loads; the next person through the door can and will. :sad:
Absolutely 100% as I’ve recently realized that my Hermes home store doesn’t value me as a client. Too much money coming in from other clients. I guess.

How odd! Unless something changed in the last few days but I always text my SA to make an appointment directly with her. She told me not to make an appointment through the online portal. I have an appointment to see her this Friday.

I was always loyal to my SA and polite so I have no idea why I’m being played or if this is the SM’s doing. I asked for appt and I was sent a link the last 3 times I asked.

This is why the items I purchased through my “journey” that I have always loved, now I despise because I feel like it’s tainted with my distaste. My joy with this brand is completely gone.

Then I would advise taking a break. I hope that since you bought what you loved that you will be able to enjoy your items later on.

I think it’s far too late. I’m not interested in this game anymore, I’m over it. As a grown person, I’m very shocked I even allowed myself to be played this hard by a brand. I don’t even like any other H bags but B and K so all my spend is in other categories on items I love and would be what I would spend on in the future. Oh well! I’m sure they won’t miss me!

If you are over with the game you mentioned then why not to talk to the store manager about this? Tell whats bothering you. That its not acceptable to wait hours in front of the store and why they don't offer appointments. And then you can mention how long you are waiting for your wish bag (everything in a friendly way). What do you have to loose?

Have you talked to the sa or sm and asked why your appt is with a different sa or asked for a different date? Sometimes mistakes are made and things overlooked. I would not take things personally or make assumptions. You have to speak up for yourself when things are awry. Often times there’s misunderstanding and miscommunication. The sms and sas are too busy for passive aggressive drama perhaps except with clients who are truly bad like resellers.
 
Not to take away from anyone who is having problems or positives with their sa, I feel some of the issues discussed on this thread and others show a problem in training and overworking of h staff. I am hopeful by 2024 when new artisan workshops are running and this post covid spend craze dies down that things will stabilize. I am also naively hopeful h will listen and maybe become a bit for transparent even if that hurts people’s feelings.
