. I don’t want to dissuade/offend anyone on this Alma. It is a beautiful bag but I didn’t “feel” it when I saw it. That’s just me though. I didn’t preorder it but got excited the day before launch when I saw IG pics (gosh darn the enabling IG 
). My SA happened to have one available on launch day so I rushed down there. I think I am just not crazy about the colored braided handles personally — I know they are considered to be a special feature loved by many (I may be in the minority on this). I feel like I wouldn’t want to put a bandeau on it for fear of snagging it. I would have liked it more if they made the handles plain (or even braided) in a solid cream color but I know that would make it more likely to get dirty. I guess I like the cleaner look of the Croisette (even though it is not a classic like the Alma). I think you (anyone) should go look at it for yourself if you are considering it and decide for yourself . My opinion may be different than most.

I just had to make one last purchase before the month ends, HAHA. I finally decided to splurge on a fragrance and I picked up the Afternoon Swim. Its fresh scent makes it perfect for my lifestyle to use now and throughout the summer. My CA sent me home with more scents to try as well, and out of them I’m interested in L’Immensité and Sur La Route.

This is so cute!Went in today thinking I would get the DA Alma BB. It’s very pretty but it was not love for me. This one, on the other hand, stole my heart. I am hoping that this is the only bag I buy this year

congrats on getting this Minda! I can relate to what you said about the braided Alma handles, it would not be for me either. Also I think the Croisette works better than the Alma if you want to wear it crossbody Absolutely exchange! I really don’t understand why these expensive bags sometimes come without stickers. Happened to me too with a Twist and the hardware had way more scratches than mine has now after a year of use.

I had the chance to buy this when it came out and felt it was a bit expense for what it was, regretted not buying it since, have been trying to buy it since mid December, i got a stock alert for it about 4 weeks ago and when i saw email and went to buy it was out of stock again. Now i have to pay a few 100 more € for it. Stupid me. Love this bag and it is great size and function for running around. Fit my lifestyle.
