I finally purchased a Petite Malle and received it yesterday. When I received it the hardware had no stickers and there is a small deep scratch. Would you exchange it for another? Hoping to get everyone's thoughts.

Damn! They should not take the stickers off and let the buyer do it! It is meant to protect the hardware while in Store and in transit! I would return, too much money to spend and you haven't caused the scratch.

So sorry you had that trouble - that almost looks like a divot and not a scratch!!! I would exchange especially at that price point - it almost looks like it could scratch you or your clothes. I hope they make it right immediately.

Went in today thinking I would get the DA Alma BB. It’s very pretty but it was not love for me. This one, on the other hand, stole my heart . I am hoping that this is the only bag I buy this year because like many of us, I really need to enjoy the ones I got.
