The word I got from JAX is that this is not available now but will be out before the holidays. It will be available in black or scarlet, both will have light gold hardware. Can't wait!!!!

I bought the quartz in the larger size this week. I love it! It reminds me of something that would have been carried in the 50's or early 60's (MadMen era!). It's elegant and ladylike - yet so practical and holds lots.

I love the textures of the leather, it feels so substantial, but the bag is not heavy at all. It is very comfortable in the crook of the arm and the longer strap is the perfect legnth for over the shoulder. LOVE this bag!!!

Gorgeous! Does the top handle get in the way when carrying as a shoulder bag?
No, the handle does not get in the way at all. It drops down on its own. I 'posed' the handle in the upright position for the picture.
In my reveal on main page, there is a mod shot with the bag on my shoulder, and you can see that the handle dropped down to the back of the bag.This is a great bag, can't think of anything negative about it. I highly recommend it!!
