No, I haven't had that problem. But the turnlock on one of my Sadies opens by itself sometimes, which worries me. It's just sometimes, and only when it wants to, so I'm real carefull when I turn the lock now to make sure the lock is closed perfectly. I sometimes wonder if I'm hitting it with my arm as I walk and that's causing it to open.
Did your bags lock break off? that is one of the things that Coach will fix.
