Has anyone ever gotten a strap extender? I am thinking bc of the way the shoe strap buckles (wrapped around the ankle twice) the crystals rubbing together will obviously cause friction and are more prone to falling off.

Hi! Curious if anyone has these shoes and can give a review in wear and tear? I love the crystal ones of course but if all the crystals fall out so easily, it’s a hard pass for me.

I have 2 pairs - pink mule with bow and silver sandal with floral embellishment. After 2 wears my silver ones are losing crystals. 2 wears were dinner only....out of the car and to dinner. Really disappointing.

sorry the photo is upside-down - the upload went wonky

I just preordered a pair from the upcoming fall season. I’m wondering for all the crystals falling off, did you ladies buckle the strap OVER or UNDER the crystal strap? I think this will make a huge difference, as you can see from the pictures that I’ve gathered below from models, the buckle area has no crystals, which is ideal to be worn UNDER the crystallized strap. This way it will help reduce friction.

the crystals on my strap did not come in contact with other straps - single strap/mule style. I ordered a replacement pair and the finish came off the acrylic heel and left it dull. this was after a single wear - returned the second pair. Beautiful but buy at your own risk

Thanks for sharing your experience. I guess I’m just trying to justify to myself for buying a pair despite the major quality issues…

BAD QUALITY!!!
I purchased my first pair of MACH & MACH (Double Leather Pumps) in pink. I ordered them online through Holt Renfrew since they did not have my size available at the store near me. For reference, I take size 36 in Chanel slingbacks and espadrilles but ordered these MACH & MACH heels in 36.5. They fit well. While I did get them on sale, I am incredibly disappointed with the quality. I haven't worn them yet, just took them out of the box... It appears that the ankle strap is fabricated in two pieces and one piece is glued on. Additionally, it seems that the glue melted so it is somewhat disconnected from the other piece of the strap (see pictures). I checked the picture on the website and I saw some glue on the strap when I zoomed in. Both of the heels have what appears to be orange-red crayon tracing lines which I believe should have been hidden during the manufacturing process (see picture). I am unable to remove these lines, although I doubt they will be noticeable from above. As well, I am being nit picky but the soles are not sewn equally (see pictures). I would expect this from a $100-$200 pair of heels. Yet they're selling these MACH & MACH heels at 1400$ plus tax Canadian. I am disappointed by the quality but I love the feminine look of these.

The quality has gone way down. I just purchased the new triple heart shoes. What a JOKE! My older pairs from 2021 and 2022 were perfection. I’m so sad that the company cheapened on production. They’re now crap. Don’t buy. Ppl.

So I’ve purchased 8 pairs of Machs in 2 weeks in order to get just one pair of decent shoes (they’re not even great, just good enough, I just need them for a wedding so I’m going to keep them). This brand is done. Their quality is a joke. These have miscut PVC, missing crystals and that wavy glue job on the ankle strap that ALL the new ones have (the above black ones are mine also). I have a pair of Nicole sling backs that are decent from recent purchase, but anything with the crystal ankle strap is complete garbage. Like I would return them if they were $150 from Aldo and they’re $1500!!!!! Unless you buy like 20 pairs of designer shoes a year and aren’t expecting longevity, stay AWAY!!! I also ordered the manolos in the background… the difference in quality is mind-numbing.

I emailed the company 4 days ago to ask about this and they didn’t even reply.

I just ordered the light blue leather double bow heels from luisaviaroma. I love the color, unique design, very cute on. However, what in the actual hell does this company think they are doing charging as much as they do for these shoes at retail price? I got mine on sale for ~700 USD and if I had paid more I would be sending them back. When I took them out they smelled like chemicals, I'm guessing from the glue used to glue the components of the straps together as you pointed out with your pair. I also have a component of the strap already peeling away too. The buckles and metal ends have tarnish marks on them. One of my ankle straps had the brown lining part sewn too close or was not positioned correctly so it somewhat shows when I wear the shoes unless I bend the strap a little. Mind is just blown at the price and quality mismatch here. These shoes should not even be 700, more like 150-200. I love the way they look, they are comfortable enough at the 100mm height, design is great....but execution is just bad. The company needs to step it up if they want to sell shoes at this price point. Compared to other brands at this price, the quality is piss poor.

Recently just bought a pair the diamond of Elizabeth’s and sadly have to return them as they are too small. I could cry 😢, such a beautiful shoe. I reached out to them on IG asking about a restock but no response. Does anyone have any idea how restocks usually work? Is it seasonal based? Etc a few shoes I am looking at are all out of stock in my size & hoping to atleast get one of them.
