And when I said, to myself, "forget him, I'm going to the LV store instead of wait on Saks", I forgot to ask about the SLGs in MC.
The manager and three SA's of my local boutique all confirmed the line was being discontinued at the end of last year and again when I was at the travel book launch discussing pieces I had the SA said they had no more pieces as it was now discontinued and almost all sold out in Europe anyway.
If it wasn't for the fact the weather will be hiddeous here tomorrow I think I'd love to get my black speedy out. Maybe if the weather gets better I can take this little beauty out. As it's been a while still looking good for a 2003 bag

I can't lie ... it makes me feel better to know that I'm not the only person who drops this kind of money on handbags!! I know it's equal to a few months mortgage for some people, but I work hard and I deserve something (or a lot of somethings!) so pretty.
So sad. It was the best collection ever and that's why it lasted over a decade. RIP MC. Lol
It really was such a refreshing design and it was really art like in a way. The MC line will live on in our closets and out of them. I really like using my MC's because I don't really see them around much.
I have my black MC Alama and Pochette from years ago. But the MC line was a unique and fun line. Now that the Murakami line is discontinued I think it's time to start using my bags. Luckily both my bags are in excellent condition because I rarely used them. I bought them to be part of my bag collection but not to use them that often.

2 other bags thats still brand new in my cupboard n they are phrased out. lol
i thought they look pretty good. hahaah
anyway i dont know why people are saying MC is ugly. i have not seen a fake MC wallet before so i have no idea how ugly it is
but the MC bigger logo on the bigger bags r not as nice though. i wish they used the same logo size on wallets on the bigger bags. at least they will look more sweet???
oh yes when i was shopping for that two wallets and thinking if i can get a pink in the center of the wallet... i went around looking for one that i can exchanged with.. end up i saw some with the prints not well done. something that is very unacceptable to me. its like u see a few dots here n there missing from the print itself... direct from LV boutiques. so the QC to me is very bad for MC. i have perfect eyesight btw. lol

I am amazingly late to the MC line, and to LV in general. I got the cles and the card holder for Christmas 2014, and after that picked up the four-key holder, the cosmetics pouch, a brand-new PTI and cles from Naughty Pidgeon's Closet, and finally, at long last, a Speedy 30.

This was totally news to me, which is surprising in itself! 
I am curious - was the line not selling well? Why end it? I'm assuming they'll bring it back at some point but really makes me wonder if I should grab one of the pieces before they take it all away...
