That's great news that they will replace the bag. I would call them back as soon as you can and ask them if they'll issue you with a store credit instead of a new bag if that's what you would prefer, it doesn't hurt to ask.

It's great to hear that LV took care of you and will mail the replacement. I'm really considering the Sully as my next purchase, but I think I'll hold off until the peeling issue with the canvas has been resolved.

Thank you! I did just that... I call and it wasn't going to be ship until Monday so I advised that I would like to get a different bag instead. It wasn't a problem. I drove back to the store and I got the delightful PM... and I still have a credit to buy something else.
After that happened to me on the Sully, I didn't won't another Sully. I am loving the Delightful!
