Yikes. It looks really bad. Hobo bags should be stored flat and empty when not in use. Let us know what they say.
I have a suggestion, I have found that this has caused a problem with my bags in the past. I keep my bags in my closet there is vent in my closet and when the central heat is on the hot air would get into the closet, I noticed that one of my leather bags started cracking and I had hardly used the bag so I knew that this was not from wear, also I take very good care of my bags. I closed the vent and keep it very cold in my closet now and so far I have not had any further cracking issues. Just FYI. Sorry about your bag.
My is TJ0194. But I don't use my much. Very close. Hope other sully owner can chime in if they have similar problems.
Ok, so I drove 3 hours to the store that was the closest to me.... I had to leave my bag and wait to see what the repair specialist will say. So now I have to wait and see... I hope they replace my bag.. Do you guys know how long before they contact you?

If LV replace and send you a new bag with the receipt, can you take it back to exchange for another bag instead?
